A new study shows nearly half of small business owners say repeat customers are their best source of revenue; however, less than 20 percent have a mobile app and even fewer (17 percent) are using a loyalty program. The survey of small business decision makers shows the majority has yet to increase their online presence because of the cost and time required to manage it.
